This recital focuses upon the concept of journeys, both literal and metaphysical. We take ourselves on a journey through the works of Vaughan Williams, Roger Quilter, Peter Warlock, Ivor Gurney, Frank Bridge and Benjamin Britten to explore the paths we take from birth to death. By looking at existence, growth, relationships and how we engage with these emotionally, we hope to offer you a window into how we are all unified by the human condition.
